Strategic Recruiting Program

We are excited to introduce the Strategic Recruiting Program, available as a premium benefit for Impact-level Sponsors and also available as a flexible, stand-alone option.

The Strategic Recruiting Program connects WPI students with leading employers through meaningful, year-long partnerships that support career exploration, professional development, and industry engagement. Students gain valuable insight into their chosen field by participating in mentoring relationships, career readiness workshops, company visits, networking events, and other experiential learning opportunities. Throughout the program, participants build professional skills, expand their network, and gain firsthand exposure to industry while employers develop strong relationships with talented WPI students and cultivate future recruiting pipelines.
