We’re looking for a Creative Technologist with a strong focus on AI and Generative AI (GenAI) to help transform how we approach marketing and creative solutions. This role will lead innovation by leveraging AI tools and frameworks to deliver cutting-edge content, design, and user experiences. You’ll collaborate across teams to integrate AI-driven strategies into campaigns and workflows, ensuring our creative output remains ahead of the curve.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and analyze data to support GenAI model development and optimization.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven creative solutions.
- Build and fine-tune GenAI models using platforms like Adobe Firefly and Microsoft Copilot AI for marketing use cases (UX/UI, copywriting, design).
- Perform prompt engineering and evaluate model outputs for accuracy, bias, and brand alignment.
- Monitor and report on GenAI performance, including engagement and conversion metrics.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate AI insights to stakeholders.
- Document model assumptions, limitations, and best practices for prompt strategies.
- Conduct sentiment analysis and ensure brand tone consistency in AI-generated content.
- Stay current with emerging GenAI trends, including multimodal content generation and personalization.
- Provide technical support and training for marketers using GenAI tools.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and develop training materials on AI best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in a technology-driven creative role.
