Your Impact:
As a Community Climate Advocate, you’ll be improving community health and sustainability one home at a time. As part of our canvassing team, you’ll help families breathe cleaner air, reduce their energy consumption, and create more comfortable living environments while educating them about the environmental benefits of energy-efficient climate control solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Join our high energy canvassing team to connect with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods
- Discuss how modern HVAC systems benefit both their comfort and the environment
- Educate community members about available energy-efficiency incentives, rebates, and tax credits
- Help homeowners understand their current home’s energy performance and indoor air quality challenges
- Guide customers toward HVAC solutions that maximize comfort while minimizing environmental impact
- Participate in local community events to raise awareness about healthy home environments and energy conservation

Your Compensation:
- Commission only structure following training (on-target earnings $110,000/year)
- Weekly payment schedule
- Transparency on how you are tracking towards on-target earnings and visibility on how to achieve that
