You will oversee the end-to-end process, from creator content sourcing and video production to multi-platform distribution and lead generation, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable growth.

As a Video Director/Scriptwriter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end creation of educational and marketing videos, from concept development and scriptwriting to production and delivery. You’ll ensure that each piece clearly conveys the value of our courses and builds trust with parents. The role requires strong content planning and basic video production skills, as well as cross-functional collaboration with the teaching, design, editing, and marketing teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with teaching, product, sales, and marketing teams to coordinate content initiatives and drive execution. Performance Optimization: Track leads, conversion rates, and CAC to continuously improve content performance and acquisition efficiency. How You Can Be Qualified:

Experience in content marketing, content growth, or digital marketing, with demonstrated customer acquisition results. Familiarity with AI tools and workflows for scalable content production. Strong understanding of short-form video content and social media platforms; professional video editing skills are not required. Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in education, online learning, or content targeting parents and families. Experience recruiting and managing teacher creators, UGC creators, or creator networks. Proven success generating leads through organic short-form videos and repurposing top-performing content for paid ads.
